📢 About the Role:
As a technical project manager you will oversee the implementation and delivery of Rise Up solution, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time to meet customer requirements.
- Manage customer development projects from A to Z (specifications, acceptance, deployment, maintenance)
- Plan developments according to the available resources and the anticipated workload for each development
- Maintain a real-time reporting of the progress and the points of vigilance of all projects
- Manage JIRA to keep tickets up to date for the development team
- Act as an intermediary between the internal development team (or partners in charge of development) and customers
- Stay up to date about Rise Up API documentation to answer customers questions
- Manage SSO setup meetings with customers
- Maintain technical documentation
- Centralize and answer technical questions from CSM about connectors
- Explore non standard solution and submit a technical answer to the lead dev ant the head of tech services
- Manage technical relationships with partners and integrators to create connector
💡 What You'll Bring To The Team:
- Project management : already work on complex integration project
- Produced technical specifications and worked with developer profiles.
- Carried out application acceptance tests.
- Know how to maintain and present a clear report on the progress of your projects
- Familiar with the organization and architecture of a large company information system (HRIS, ERP).
- Familiar with the operation of an API and you know how to read the associated documentation
- Know how SSO works : OAUTH / SAML
- Knowledge of programming languages: SQL, PHP, Python, Java ...
- Sensitive to the standards and procedures of computer security
- Good spoken and written English
