Rise Up's story
The story of Rise Up began when Guillaume and Arnaud Blachon, two brothers, decided to revolutionise the world of training.
Having realised the functional and technological limitations of existing training solutions, and in particular the impossibility of integrating virtual classrooms into training programmes, they came up with an innovative solution for the market: Rise Up was born with the aim of broadening the scope of corporate training. The company launched its SaaS training solution in 2016 with a strong focus on blended learning, enabling it to manage and deliver classroom-based, e-learning and hybrid training courses.
From then on, the Rise Up saga quickly took on an international dimension: the company signed up its first major customer, Schneider Electric, with whom it implemented a training programme for more than 20,000 learners in Europe. Rise Up expanded into Portugal, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK and Germany. Today, 5 million users have used the platform to improve their skills. The €30 million raised in 2022 will enable the company to pursue its expansion plans in Europe.
The secret to this success? Over 110 talented employees in 6 countries, united by the same ambition: to help our customers and their teams stay up-to-skill and own today.
